Jaime is the Founding Partner of Global Wisdom, an international executive with over 30 years of experience in the Financial Services and Sustainability sectors.

His career has been dedicated to supporting businesses sustainable growth and internationalization. He has held senior positions at renowned organizations such as HSBC, BNL-BNP, Grupo Ferrovial, JP Morgan Chase and Pozitive Patments. He also has extensive experience serving as an Executive Director (ED) and Non-Executive Director (NED) on numerous boards.

In addition to his corporate roles, Jaime is passionate about education and mentoring. He has been a Professor of Finance at the EOI Business School in Madrid for over a decade, and is also actively involved in career mentorship and C-suite coaching.

Outside his my professional endeavors, Jaime is a dedicated environmentalist and the founder of PlasticBusters, an award-winning international organization with thousands of volunteers in over 100 countries, working together to protect the environment.

Carolina is a Business Development Director at Global Wisdom, with over 20 years of experience helping businesses trade and expand internationally.

She has a proven track record in managing complex projects and operations, particularly in Asia, having successfully assisted numerous companies in entering the Asian market by identifying the right business partners, including customers, suppliers, and manufacturers. Her expertise spans international export and import, quality control, and providing comprehensive solutions for design, manufacturing, logistics, and installation.

Carolina’s career began with a focus on design and decoration projects, leveraging her skills in design, projection, direction, and execution of various projects. She is bilingual in Spanish and Chinese, with a professional background that includes extensive international experience and a strong commitment to excellence in service and innovation.

Director - Business Development

Carlos is a Senior Investment and Project Finance specialist with over 20 years of proven international experience in structuring complex investments, including both debt and equity, in various industries such as Energy (Power & Renewable Energy), Natural Resources, Infrastructure, and Financial Institutions.

Throughout his career, Carlos has demonstrated a successful track record in executing and leading transaction teams in the origination, structuring, and execution of non-recourse or limited recourse long-term financing. He also has sound experience in Portfolio Management and the international management of project companies at the board level.

Carlos is a performance-driven professional with strong analytical skills, a good planner, and an excellent team builder with outstanding interpersonal skills. He is bilingual in Spanish and English and possesses an extensive network at the C-Level of large infrastructure companies, international legal firms, and technical advisors.
